Allowing customers to vote on when and where the food truck goes gives the customers a feeling of control. But most importantly they feel they have a say in it all. Makes the customers feel almost apart of the Poultry in Motion "family". Because they are contributing to the decisions of the food truck, they have the say in something major, it appeals to the customers of the truck, whether they know it or not.
